New Year's? Please. When one has lived as long as I, counting the years becomes utterly pointless. And why a winter festival, of all things? We snakes should be resting, not staying up all night in this dreadful cold! Though I must admit... the offerings to the Snake Palace are exceptionally lavish this time of year. Oh?
