[-] One law of the workplace has become increasingly clear to me recently: No plan can keep up with the boss's whims.
[-] I had been under the impression that these "tea samples" would be no different from the kind you'd find in a shop--a small box containing two to three servings.
[-] But when I arrived at Magical Dream bright and early this morning, I was greeted by four cases more than ten inches thick sit neatly side by side. I realized then just how naive I was to the grueling reality of working life.
[Ume] Right, I think I understand the situation. Magical Dream isn't terribly far from Bamboo Cloud HQ, at least. I'll have to ask you to walk back.
And so, Yuan Xiao and I are left with no choice but to escort the tea on its journey west to Bamboo Cloud.
[Yuan Xiao] You'd better pick up the pace, kind soul! We can still make it before lunch. Otherwise, we'll be stuck waiting in line for roast goose later.
[player] And you could slow down! How are you able to walk so fast while carrying two huge cases of tea?
[Yuan Xiao] Well... hehe, I often used to go up the mountain to dig for bamboo shoots, and those were way heavier than tea leaves. Besides, where I come from, even a child could carry these! Why, too heavy for you?
[player] I never said that... Anyway, are you sure your boss didn't stick rocks in these cases? There's no way tea leaves are this heavy. I...
[???] Finally, I've found you guys.
[-] Our walk-and-talk is suddenly interrupted when a familiar figure comes around the corner.
[player] A-Yuan?
[A-Yuan] Ahem... the boss told me to come meet you two and see if you needed any help.
[-] Grinning, A-Yuan looks at Yuan Xiao and me and spreads her arms out.
[A-Yuan] That's a lot of tea! Let me take one of those cases off your hands. We wouldn't want PLAYER to die of exhaustion.
[Yuan Xiao] Hear that, kind soul? Miss A-Yuan thinks it's too heavy for you too.
